the form to the best of your knowledge (one per boat) recognizing that changes in plans can be made and will be subject
to reconfirmation. Mail completed form and enclose registration fee to Classic Boat Rally, c/o Woody
Norwood, 42 Camden Road, Atlanta, GA 30309 prior to April 1, 2008. Option: Fax form to 404-352-9023 and follow up
with registration fee by mail. Each day's rally will be limited to the first 20 boats
registered with payment received.

As a condition of my registration for the SBC Classic Boat Rally I agree to the following:

I am participating in the 2007 SBC Classic Boat Rally voluntarily, and I take individual responsibility for
my decision on each day to participate after consideration of probable weather conditions, the capabilities of my boat, and
my sailing experience and the capabilities of my team.

I am experienced in sailing, and I recognize that there are hazards related to weather, tidal levels and currents,
and general coastal water conditions that could cause damage to my boat and equipment, as well as injury to me or even
death.

I have reviewed the course of the rally, and I believe that my boat and equipment are suitable for the conditions
likely to be encountered during my participation.

I and the others on my boat constitute a team that is competent and knowlegible in estuarian sailing, piloting,
navigation, and rights of way in coastal waters including the Intracoastal Waterway.

I indemnify and will hold harmless the organizers, host sailing clubs, and sponsors for any damage, injury,
or death incurred while I am participating in the 2007 SBC Classic Boat Rally.
